I'm sorry for your denial. I think deep within, you should know the reason for ur denial. It's an interview. You're supposed to be spontaneous. Why hold a piece of paper and read? Reapply and jettison the use of notes and you'll get it.

Firstly even the wikipedia of this school states it is unaccredited .... as an international student why will you pick a school which is not accredited . Although others have been given visa with that school but why will u want to go there

Secondly the above jotter is a no no in any interview... you are not suppose to cram or sound like you are reciting not to talk of evidence of a jotter...

Hmmmm, So sorry for your delay but were you actually reading small jotter while she was doing interview with you. If that is it, that is an outright cheating either you are checking for relevant point or details. I feel you are not required to look at a book while you are doing such a direct interview. Just gather yourself, do a lot of practice and fire again without any jotter.

For US student visa you don't need such..
