I am certainly not part of the 10%, maybe Joonana is.But for country surrounded by 3 Francophone countries,it seems to me we don't take the French language seriously.By the way, our president speaks french impeccably

I wished we Nigerians would learn more foreign languages like french and spanish in order to improve our communication skills on the international level.
We really do not value other international languages as such, i guess this is probably because we speak English which is the most influential international language.

- genetically we are all berbers from our berbr ancestors (according to genetic studies (see the pic) we share only 4% genetetics with arabs when we share 5% with europeen and 2 % with you west african and the rest 88% is from our local berber ancestors )

- but the définition of arab : include also poeople who speak arabic as first language ( not only the genetically arab from arabian peninsula) , so population in countries like algeria morroco tunisia egypt , irak, syria ect... are called arabs only because they use arabic as 1st official language but are not arabs according to genetics !

Ok, well wow, so this means algerians are even more European than Arabic by genetics. It's unfortunate that arabization made your people loose a lot of their heritage.

I guess this is probably because our french speaking neighbours are very uninfluential and small in population.
