felix00:. In the feotus, thats during erythropoesis, the liver helps in RBC formation, though not in adults. So I guess with this spleen should go for the answer. # my point though. |

ColdSweat:no I think the d liver helps in destruction/breakdown of dead RBC.... thats why it get affected when d RBC are attacked by plasmodium becos it has too much work to do in breaking d destroyed RBC down... PS - my thoughts though...they might be wrong |

Optimist1998:Recheck the question. It made mention of ORGAN not GLAND. If that's the case, from the options the only organ that has something to do with insulin is the pancreas. Pancreas is the answer. |
