The Cafe I went to register for biometric capture provide that payment option and to make the registration faster I just agreed they made the payment from their account.
Anyway one of two things could have happened, and everything can take less than five minutes to verify who's fault it is.
If he can provide evidence that his bank account has been debited for every transaction he carried out through his bank statement, then it's not his fault if the transaction didn't reflect on their portal. However it will definitely reflect in their bank account.
If he can't provide bank statement with such proof then it means he probably just photoshoped a payment confirm for them and he shall be arrested.
Flexisaf is a professional ICT firm known internationally, I doubt they'd do such a sloppy work.
