TayserMahiri:. Ok, Here is the link: http://investorsking.com/paypal-ranks-nigeria-3rd-in-mobile-shopping/ The stats/data come from Paypal. Also, Nigeria is not the wealthiest country in the world. But we Nigerians have a huge and hard working population. Honestly, you wont undertsnad until you visit. |

Nowenuse:to the latest poverty report by the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, about 112 million Nigerians (representing 67.1 per cent) Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/10/poverty-112m-nigerians-live-poverty-line/ Your government statistics mate. And stop citing Nairaland links. Plus here is another link by the United Nations http://dailypost.ng/2016/09/05/nigeria-one-poorest-countries-world-80m-living-poverty-line-un-report/ A United Nations, UN, report on Nigeria’s Common Country Analysis, CCA, has described the country as one of the poorest and unequal country in the world, with over 80m of her population living below poverty line. and if you are not that poor why do most Nigerians cant access a toilet? A newly launched report on the 2016 State of the World Toilet by WaterAid Nigeria has revealed that 130million representing 71 percent of Nigerians lack access to safe, private toilet. 58 million people out of the number living in urban cities lack access to improved sanitation facilities and 13.5million urban dwellers defecate in the open, the report further noted. https://www.businessdayonline.com/130mn-nigerians-still-lack-access-to-safe-private-toilet-wateraid/ Deal with it mate |

Shaytun:You clearly have been reding those over-exaggerated reports from those unscrupulous NGOs, whose intentions are to fleece the donors. On Kibera- the supposed largest sluim in the universe, see how the British's The Guardian paper reported on the issue, under the rubric The missing millions of Kibera- Africa's Propaganda Trail in a five part series. Surely, there is no way even 1million pipo can possibly fit within just 2.45sq.km, which is the total area of Kibera, yet these NGOs state that around 2.5 million pipo live in Kibera. What's even funnier about this claim is that Nairobi has just around 3.2million pipo, but these NGO's would go further to make those wild claims about the other 15 slums in Nairobi having populations varying btwn 250,000 to 700,000 pipo. If u total all that up, then Nairobi should be having well over 10million pipo, all of them living in slums! The govt census in 2009 revealed that Kibera has only around 180,000, no where near a million as widely claimed by those organizations. http://www.mapkibera.org/blog/2010/09/05/kiberas-census-population-politics-precision/ Now, would u believe this guy who says that Ajegunle slum in Lagos has around 4million pipo? Did they carry out the census? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tO0hQHou1cw About which one btwn Nairobi and Lagos has more slums..........Google sattelite images are notlying about this Nairobi http://google-maps.pro/satellite/Nairobi.Kenya Lagos http://google-maps.pro/satellite/Lagos.Nigeria Just compare the quality of settlements, the number of slums and the quality of the urban planning btwn the two places........ 3 Likes |

fanficgirl: Plenty , infact when you see a South African girl hanging around Nigerians here your first thought is desperate junkie or prostitute . Only an insignificant number of South African normal women have dated or married and they are hardly Nigerians from Nigeria. But the ones from hillbrow or Sunnyside where you find Nigerians the most are people that well....society can only pray for lol 1 Like |

PissedYagami: Hahahaha Is this all you can come up with? And with all these, Nigerian economy is still growing? We came out of recession even with the low oil prices. Imagine what would happen in oil prices increase? But we are no longer depending on that and are now working on industrialization and agricultural revolution. I can see that you guys are desperate to look for people to share slum status with Kenya, but hell NO! Naijans dont do slums, we live in houses, and what house does not have toilet facilities? Keep deluding yourself. People who live in Kibera (Africa's largest slum) are talking about Nigerians (people who live in houses) defecating in the open. Well, anything that makes you sleep better at night! |

fanficgirl:Fine, I dint to say that u import nothing, but truth be told, the quantity being exported is negligible, u import everything. Even foodstuff. Incidentally, Kenya, even before discovering its oil (and its yet to start extracting the stuff) was in fact the key exporter of refined petroleum to the other countries in the region. |

Tell the truth and let satan be ashamed. . Quick tip, There is nothing too hard to achieve, If you increase the work rate you are currently putting in to finding and marrying a Nigerian man on naiaraland am sure you would achieve it. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/08/s-african-women-married-to-nigerians-threaten-protest/

Nowenuse: U must be kidding! U want to compare how extensive this problem is btwn these two cities.....or indeed countries? 60% of the 22million inhabitants of Lagos live in slums, and typical of the slums in Africa, they are faced with a myriad of challenges, including access to toilets www.erem.ktu.lt/index.php/erem/article/viewFile/4794/3797 |
