with regards to this Facebook post https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10103695315624661&id=4&refid=17&_ft_=top_level_post_id.10103695315624661%3Atl_objid.10103695315624661%3Athid.4%3A306061129499414%3A2%3A0%3A1496300399%3A-1720601896083599805&__tn__=%2As i think the Nigeria youths who will be the beneficiaries of this scheme should not just sit down and wait for it to come like a sead waiting for someone to plant it before it produces fruit.as you know almost all the private sector jobs in Nigeria today are outsourced to firms owned by friends, family members and associates, they take almost 70% of the pay then take something out of the remaining 30% to pay staff. by the way nigeria has one of the most active online people in the world, we know how to catch and grab attention of people all over the world,we promote what we like and destroy what we don't like,am sure we will have the largest slot in this scheme. therefore i suggest we draw the attention of Mark Zuckerberg to this employment curse that underpays workers and leads to unproductivity. I SUGGEST WE TELL HIM TO EMPLOY AND PAY DIRECTLY instead of through some cockroach firms.OPERATION OWN YOUR STAFF SHOULD START FROM HERE.forget recession, these companies make so much money, but they have so many greedy people to share it with, and the remaining crubs on the floor goes to staff haba....government contracts na dem, government employment na dem, political appointments na dem,and now within the las decade, private sector jobs na dem own am through dia crayfish outsourcing firms.telecom, construction, oil and gas, banking, etc. all na dem.. 45 Likes 4 Shares |

Nigeria doesn't have any biggest slot. Are we the most populous ? And what has Nigeria successfully destroyed, I mean a global company? The rest of your points are valid |

Nigerian firms are embracing outsourcing but outsourcing works best in a country that has a good database of the citizens. You can't just give a job out to someone you met on the Internet especially of it involves giving him access to some parts of your system 4 Likes |

I hate outsourcing firms, they make the contracted staff look like slaves. How can a company be paying #200k and the outsourcing firm would slash the money by more than half and be paying you around #70k, is that not wickedness? 8 Likes 1 Share |
