Not at all, he shouldn't bother about the reg, when he's ready to go with the batch B he should just go and register, when registering With batch B, I think there is this question asking about if you ve been mobilized before.... It either yes or no option.
Just tell him to click on yes and go on with the registration. #lobatan.

You might as well check the passport size. I guess it shouldn't be larger than 14kb
