Hello, pls does anyone knw much about manitoba pnp? I have a cousin who is willing to sponsor me cos he has lived in manitoba for one year nw. However, he hasn't worked for up to a year cos he didn't gt a job immediately he moved there. Also he has a family of four (himself, wife nd two children) and they live in a two bedroom apartment. We are nw confused if we shld go ahead cos he will fill a settlement plan wit proof to show that he can support myself nd my spouse probably for the first three months of our arrival in terms of shelter nd financially. |

nikkycool: Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Revised Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Guide posted Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry will reopen in the coming weeks. When it opens, we will accept 250 applications for Category B (for applicants with experience in an opportunity occupation). We have made several changes to the eligibility criteria for this stream. Gurus please what do you say? The year of birth on my transcript (and therefore my ECA) is different from the one on all other documents ( expired passport used since 2010, new passport, birth certificate issued since 2009, etc...). Since I have to upload my ECA report as one of the documents in my eAPR application, should I just swear an affidavit (notarized) that my true date of birth is as shown on my birth certificate & passport and merge the affidavit, an LOE and my birth certificate to my ECA and BSc certificate and upload? Please experienced gurus and lawyers should help. |

Please, I will love to know 1. If one can have two separate applications (Express Entry n PNP) running at the same time? I have paid an agent for EE before joining this highly educating group but was just thinking if i can start PNP myself. Don't know if it's a good ideal or not. 2. If WES would accept statement of result as I am yet to collect my certificate from my school? Thank You |

specrealq: This same question was asked on a forum today and the consensus was that it should not constitute a ground for rejection. I further read that IRCC's focus is on illnesses whose treatments are costly since they would put pressure on their healthcare system. |

Lamgirl: Hi - Q1 - Yes you can have a PNP application and also an EE application. In fact, you have to be in the EE pool because your PNP will be issued via your CIC account. Your case is quite different because you will have to make reference to your active EE application (e.g. you need your EE profile number and job seeker validation code to apply for Ontario PNP - that I am sure of). My understanding of these shylock agents is that they withhold details of your EE profile so how do you want to scale that huddle? When does your EE profile with the agent expire? If it's not far of, maybe you should just wait till it expires and then terminate your contract with them. I don't advise you to create another EE profile because it is stated clearly that you must not have 2 EE profiles. Q2 - I'm not sure about the WES process. Maybe someone can help you with an answer to that. 1 Like |

Hello everyone, I paid for IQAS verification yesterday, requested for transcripts from my school and sent the other documents through DHL this morning. I am also writing IELTS next weekend, hoping and praying this will be a successful journey. Thanks to everyone who responded to my queries. Have a wonderful day. 5 Likes |

Please house, has anybody done a credential by credential evaluation (WES ICAP) of HND with WES Canada before? (Note this is different from the regular ECA for CIC). iF Yes, what was the outcome?. I am aware in US it is equated to a Bsc with a GPA and degree class awarded. want to know if this is different in Canada. Thanks |

the worst that can happen is to refer him to a cardiologist to do ECG and echo test. the result of the tests will now determine if he passes his medicals or specrealq: |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Ehrnie: 2:46pm On May 04, 2017 |
damidamsel: Interesting question indeed - hmmmm From the CIC website all they make reference to is work experience in multiples of 12 months (i.e. either 12 months or 24 months)...nothing about 11 months. if I take a wild guess, I will say it has to be either 12 or 24 months irrespective of if you worked above the required hours...I maybe wrong and I stand to be corrected. |
