everything cost me 7,800 here in ikorodu general hospital. hiv and eye test are free. registration card -500, genotype and blood group-1000, stool and urine -1000, x-ray- 2500,pcv-800, and one other test that I don't know the name-2000.

i guess u didnt have folder with them b4 hence the registration fee
Moreover, a friend told me she did hers 5k in the same ikorodu gen hospitsl...do one need to do genotype,blood group again if he/she already knws the result so as to reduce the cost

The Air force doctors are used to issuing medical certificates. They are the ones that will also recommend what tests you should do. Just tell them you need it for NYSC
