How much will you fine the government and its security agencies for abusing Nigerians?

To begin with, how many Nigerians fly the nigerian flag?
Laws like this when nobody pays attention to citizens brutalized and killed everyday is what makes Nigeria a laughing stock.

I'm one of the few that does grin

It is like all members of NASS have been bewitched by an evil spell. They have become shameless. Instead of facing key issues, they are busy with irrelevant stuffs that have no direct bearing on the welfare of the citizenry. A clear case of misplaced priority. What a shame!
