Talking about money received from a company account that you own or are a director in.. My hubby and I have a company which was incorporated some few years back. We practically don't do anything with the account. But his parents transfered some sum say 6k into the account,he then moved 4k into my account in January being the principal applicant. The money is reflecting in my bank statement as part of proof of fund. We intend to attach the cert of incorporation and particulars of directors and state that its an account we jointly own. Will the VO feel uncomfortable that you are moving funds from your coy account as POF ? Do we have to attach the bank statement or the LOE plus proof of ownership of the company is enough? Please note that the only serious inflow into the coy account is that money transferred by his parents. Attaching the coy account is another LoE and gift deed I suppose. The money in question is only 10% of the required POF Thanks Java47: |

This POF thing sha. Nevertheless, there are many ways to skin a cat ... For those of us that have more than one bank account ( Of course you already know say you no go upload all your statement of accounts to VO), you could ask whoever that is gifting you the money to pay it in another of your account. Then you do want is called 1-2 pass in football. For practical purposes, say you just received ITA today and you got =N=3,100,000 from your sponsor a week after, you have the luxury of 2 mths+ to play with the money. By this i mean, don't just transfer the bulk money as it is into the account you want your POF to be in. Rather split the N3,100,000 into 2mths and be paying it into the account weekly. Now avoid paying through online or mobile transfer because your name go reflect and VO go suspect say you get another account wey you no tender the statement. You can do the following 1. withdraw weekly by cash over the counter in the bank and pay it into the desired account using different descriptions. Note , don't use your name as depositor oo ( there are a thousand names to use) 2. To add more flavour, you can ask a relative to send an amount to that desired account which in turn you'll reimburse him/her through your other account the bulk money de. Now, that's for the depositing part. you go like also show VO say no be only to deposit ( although say e no bad sha) but for equilibrium, add some imaginary debit. Maybe pay someone through that your account you wan present the statement of account ( write better description- say church donation/naming ceremony/hospital bills etc) and the person in turn will give you back your money by paying into the other account. *Caveat* make sure the person is trustworthy oo because if money enter im hand, na one chance oo. One gats de flexible in this POF. Don't just have a gift deed for the bulk sum of over 2million+ where your account literally has zero transaction. it's not always about gift deed. IF you have time on your side, split the money well ( No come de pay a particular amount , for ex. 350k every week like say you be zombie). You could pay 200k this week, 350k next week etc. When choked up, you could then use gift deed and cover up for the remaining balance. E no hard at all. This advice na for people like me wey just want use ordinary bank account without fixing or buying t-bills. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Ambidextrause:But in reality IRCC wants bank certificate not statement of acct. So in this case, manage the acct and let d bank write the letter as specified. Unless IRCC later demands an update wrt statement of acct. Don't shoot ur foot by yourself. Mbok! 3 Likes 1 Share |

Hello house, I am here again for further enquiry based on the question below. My aor was 15th March. I was the primary applicant, My wife has been refused visa for Canada and UK before, don't recall if this question was asked for the spouse, if yes I am not sure I clicked yes. I think I click no. Somebody please clarify as I hope this would not cause any form of misrepresentation. Thanks in advance for your advise. omesanni: |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 8:42am On May 06, 2017 |
The question was asked for spouse as well. You will be asked to explain why she was refused. If you can't remember seeing the question then you clearly didnt fill it which may be a basis for misrepresentation. I would suggest you raise a CSE and explain this denial, that you unintentionally omitted it. I guess an LOE and details of the events would do. Its better you make an attempt to rectify it now than for them to find out themselves. They may or may not find out. ltee: |

elfmann: I'm Not a banker but from what it's on CIC site it says balance of account over six months, doesn't this mean statement of account, i.e. transaction details: credits and debits? Or just a letter stating the balance with other info required? |

DEAR NAIRALANDERS IF U ARE PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO CANADA VIA A STUDY PERMIT WITHOUT PAYING YOUR TUITION FROM NIGERIA JUST FORGET IT CUZ THINGS HAVE CHANGED JUST GOT THIS LETTER THIS WEEK FROM SOMEBODY I WAS HELPING OUT This is in reference to your application for a temporary residence in Canada. This must be received at this office by: 2017/05/26 Please note: Submission in person will not be accepted anymore. You must submit your information/document by e-mail to the following address accra.immigration@international.gc.ca You must provide the above information/documents within the time given. That letter from bank is even more harmful because it asks to state the average of the amount in your account for 6 months. Do the maths to get average. Except the money is there in your account for the stated 6 months straight, your average will be very poor. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by lacord5: 9:18am On May 06, 2017 |
I think should be proactive. When you are in the pool awaiting ITA start borrowing funds, do fixed deposits with it, plus treasury bill. By the time you get ITA, you could wait a few months and then submit. 4 Likes |

Good day everyone... I've been a silent follower on this thread from the onset Please i have a sort of complicated issue which i'd like to share, and would appreciate everyone's opinion on this Up until last week, my crs score has been 413 I logged in to my profile only to see that it had been bumped up to 438 upon further checks, i noticed that my score for work experience had been increased from 25 to 50 Hence i got ITA in the last draw My question/dilenma now is that the 3yrs work experience is not continuous Its April 2013 - Feb 2014, March 2015 - October 2015 January 2016 - November 2016 And November 2016 - till date My question is that, can this work experience that has gaps in it fly for 3yrs work experience? I'd really appreciate honest opinions and would like to know if anyone has been in my shoes too as i am in a fix as to the way forward with this ITA |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 2:17pm On May 06, 2017 |
Yes. Please evaluate his masters. Try replacing your own ietls scores with 8 in listening and 7/in the rest and dod him choose that he has masters. You would see how important the having the right score in ietls is. Prepare your mins to write again. If your spouse has less than 6 in any competency, he may need to retake it else it adds no point. I think your best option is to source for the funds and have one person send it to your account. That one person should get a gift of deed done for you and maybe add an LOE to support and state the reason. That shouldn't be a problem... 40manlappy: 1 Like |
