Bridget95: So you are saying Niger deltans don't work in any of the headquarters in Lagos? You guys just bring stupid emotions and sentiments into serious issues. So if the oil companies relocate to Niger delta, all their workers must be from the region even though most of them prefer to kidnap and get free money rather than work. You think the oil companies are senseless? They know how you people will force useless and brainless touts on them in the name of employing people from your region. Oil business is not ogogoro...you can build your own oil company and put the headquarters in niger delta, abi is anybody stopping you? 3 Likes |

The oil companies have no obligation to the community because they ay tax . The cowardly idiotts should face the Nigerian state that oppresses them, takes money from the region and shares it to 36 states 700 LGAs and the FG . THAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM. Deal with it. Why not ask the Petroleum Minister and NNPC to relocate to the Delta. 2 Likes |

nnokwa042: sooo, nigeria should just hire anybody no matter wheather they understand what they are doing or not..... jonathan was from the south south...how did that went...?? i completly disagree on choosing people on sentiments.....if a hausa is better to do the job, then let the hausa do the job.... if a deltan is better in doing the job, then let the deltan do the job...we should only choose the best and not according to tribes... jonathan was a bad governor, but you wanted that moronn to be president by force to please your egos?... 2 Likes |

All of them shouting about moving headquarters to Niger delta did not see anything wrong when the self centred asari dokubo built his university in Republic of Benin. Why didn't he build the school in niger delta to improve the economy and help the people he claimed to.be fighting for? Most of the stupid senators talking sentimental crap of relocation have businesses in Lagos. They steal money and go.buy houses in dubai and London. You want them to relocate so that you can threaten them to employ ogogoro siping youths who know nothing than to kidnap, steal and shout oyel oyel like headless chickens. If you want oil companies in the niger delta, go and build one yourself. Instead of them to hold their governor and NNDC leaders responsible, they'll be making stupid threats up and down. 2 Likes |

let us get some things right before coming online, saying gibberish, spilling out our so called fact which is mostly premised on ignorance and bloated ego if u want to site the headquarters of a company,u do this based on vital statistics and data *You consider a place that will be open for all to see (friendly, publicity, hype) or why do you think we have many HQS in VI *nearness to the source of finance:ask lagos state government why not chose badagry for FTZ over lekki,,Believe me or not the sitting of a HQ determines a lot the success of a company ,especially the big ones. if you think foreign lenders, bank CEO'S will visit you in swampy, muddy terrain with people as if we are still in 3rd century ...u better wake up ask yourself, why is Lagos and a state like OGUN attracting so much investment and bigger states in the north are just there big for nothing...reason b4 u talk 4 Likes |

If the Niger Delta is not safe for the Oil Companies, who have clearly Bribed the DisHonorable Members of the House of Representatives, then the Niger Delta should henceforth not be safe to drill crude oil. That is my final input on this subject. |

There is a good way to make them relocate .PAY THEM by reducing their tax payment for 10 years .The obvious location would be Uyo but sadly Akpabio did not have that kind of vision. It is not too late. The reality now is this we MUST prepare for a POST OIL ECONOMY In 2011 we had 37 billion barrels of proven reserves which will run out in 50 years from 2011(45 now) and when you consider the NATIONAL DEBT .About half of that oil is already spoken for. So stop deceiving yourselves about the future of oil in Nigeria 3 Likes |

bakynes:Over 95% of AGIP's workforce are indigenes of south south. Yet you still them dress like paupers for fear of kidnap. Enter the facility and see them change cars every month. They dress like that to make their people believe that they're poor in order not to kidnap them.. With Agip boasting of very high percentage of indigenes in their workforce, they're still the worst hit when it comes to vandalization and sabotage of oil facilities. Relocation my foot! 3 Likes |

When you suck niger delta oil you use it to love-vendor the other states, don't even start saying the oil states are the highest paid, answer this out of all the oil blocks in Nigeria is it not true that 95% are owned by NorthandAss? Or abi them no dey follow kidnap for FCT, shift abeg |
