The documentation has started already in Lagos. And it's batch by batch, the same way we did the interview and test. According to the guys that came for documentation, some did their interview last week and some last 2weeks. There will never be a time Fidelity Bank will accumulate successful candidates to do documentation and test at the same time because since the recruitment process started there was never a time like that. For those doing documentation now, it's not like they know somebody before they were selected but it's just their time to be selected. Ours is also coming.. Everything will be done batch by batch likewise training school. Remember, banks have several departments. Some of us that did the test early were invited for interview lately and vice versa. Relax okay... Don't panic. If u scored 50 and above you will definitely get invite for interview. I did my test march 14th and my interview was 4th of may. They have their reasons for doing it that way

No bro that's not how it's down. I've seen some people who did test the same day with me who are doing interview this month but I was among the first batch also just be patient and hopeful.

When I went 2 write my aptitude test, I met a lady too, she didn't even apply online. She said she gave someone at d bank her CV and she ws invited 4 test.

Another one was not allowed in becos she did not have original waec. She called someone in my presence. A top person in Lagos. She was eventually allowed while many were chased away. 4 my front koro-koro.

Dis Fidelity tire me. I thought they were better dan most.

Thumbs up for the wordplay, but being disappointed is clearly different from feeling bad. I don't feel bad, I just feel disappointed if what some folks infer here is true. I knew I had no connect before I applied. Yes these things happen everywhere so I'm not surprised, I just had higher expectations, that's all.
