Good day everyone


I have a plantain farm but it isn't ripe for harvest, so I want to start up d sale of plantain flour little by little but am not around in Ekiti. I work Benue state but d site is in Ekiti. Can a business function without me dere? My parents and brothers are dere. My younger bro said he can help me with d production and packaging. But am skeptical about its distribution asin marketing. Do u think I should employ someone for the marketing and pay the person based on amount sold? Or what do u advise I do.

Whatever it is you are going to do, market considerations must be paramount.

It's a good idea to either employ a marketer or identify a good distributor you can work with to push your product
