Huwezi kusema swahili vizuri sana grin grin

I speak Rwandan and Congolese swahili, so it's different from your Kenyan swahili.
You have to learn mine. cheesy

You are actually almost succeeding in fooling me. Except that you write some pretty good Swahili and then claim that it is Rwandan and Congolese. Those ones are too conspicuous I would have detected the first time.

Somehow true.
It takes a lot to penetrate the Nigerian market.
Nigerians just know that their artistes are the best in Africa.
I would say South African artistes are penetrating our market more and are more popular in Nigeria, followed by Tanzania and Ghana, Kenya comes last with Sauti sol being the only Kenyan artistes most Nigerians know grin

Oga please stop saying rubbish. Nigerians don't know any of those people you are calling. Can you even hear their music in a Nigerian club? South Africa music penetrating the Nigeria?when you mentioned Kenya I just knew u lost it already if anything it should be Ghanaian music sef but them no reacre
Oga stop to dae famz it's annoying

Of course Feza is beautiful.
Educated and enlightened Tanzanians seem to have more good looks and poise far than their counterparts from Kenya and Uganda on the average.
However, there are still many good looking Kenyans. As for Ugandans, i have hardly seen any.

You might have to update your software. Ugandans are far more intellectual than Tanzanians with their Makerere university producing real giants

They recently unveiled a solar powered bus.

Abuja and Port harcourt do not have high rise buildings, but you can still appreciate them.

PH city is worse than Accra in terms of spread, believe me. Unlike Abuja which has a master plan, in PH and other cities in Nigeria, people are allowed to build anything almost anywhere they like. For instance, PH originally occupied 1 local govt area, now it occupies about 5 or 6.
I know abuja does not have much high rise buildings too but there is strict building policies within the city centre proper that why you hardly find irregularities in building pattern in the general view of the city.but that can't be said of the ghanian capital that y it keeps growing inefficiently and as of port Harcourt I have never been there I doubt if it was than accra .we are talking of the capital of a whole country witnessing massive growth through repatriates returning home to build at will due to the peaceful nature of the country.

What are the chances of dying on those roads?
If the driver is focused, then it will be a best trip.

If the driver isn't focused, then the chance of accident could be high. Many people had faced horrible death because of this.

Ok.
Personally, i think Amharas should consider adopting the latin script. It would make it encouraging for outsiders to learn.
I don't think it's a good move, since the Geez Fidel(alphabet) is one of the many strong identity for Ethiopians(especially for us Amharas, Agews and Tigrays).
And also, the Geez Fidel expresses our languages very well.

You better ask them to teach you Swahili. I actually appreciate them winning your hearts, they hardly succeed in doing much. Here in kenya, they are just a slow sorry bunch who cannot exploit their natural mineral resources. A country with so many resources, large land area, no deserts and the biggest population in E.A, we are the largest investors into their country. They have hardly invested anything here or elsewhere for that matter. People say that every young person in Tanzania is wishing to become a musician because there is hardly anything else they can succeed in.
and where do these young people dream of going to in other to succeed grin grin

My friend you might wanna check it again

Africa’s biggest shipping ports

1 . Durban, South Africa
Port of Durban as popularly known is Africa’s most active general cargo port. It is situated a block away from Durban’s central business district and plays a key role in S.A’s economy.

This port welcomes about 4,500 vessels yearly and about 8,3000 containers per month, it conducts trade worth over $45billion.According to the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa, it handled about 44.8 million tonnes of cargo of cargo in 2013-2014.

2. Mombasa, Kenya

Port Mombasa, often referred to as “the city of merchants” dates back to the times of Portuguese exploration, it has been and remains a busy trading post for the region which could be attributed to its strategic location between South Africa and the Gulf of Aden.

It is a key gateway to East and Central Africa. It provides a direct link to about 80 ports worldwide and a railway line runs therefrom to Uganda and Tanzania.

3 .Djibouti

Djibouti’s ports are crucial to its geo-strategic importance both in military and economic terms. They serve as a passage for Ethiopian trade and a platform for the transhipment of goods.

This involves the outflow of container and bulk cargo from larger vessels to be redistributed to East Africa and Arabian ports.

It provides a secure regional hub for transhipment and relay of goods. China is also directly involved in the Port of Djibouti through the state-owned China Merchants Group.

4 . Lagos, Nigeria

Being Nigeria’s economic focal point, Lagos generates a significant portion of the country’s GDP. Port of Lagos, also known as Lagos Port Complex is located at the Apapa area of Lagos, South West Nigeria.

Its operational area consists of berthing, cargo-handling and stacking areas and storage facilities.

5 . Abidjan, Ivory Coast

The port of Abidjan is located on a lagoon and is connected to the sea by a 2.8 long km channel. The Abidjan Container Terminal is run jointly by the French Bolloré Africa Logistics and APM Terminals.

Ivory Coast’s economic capital Abidjan boasts of the biggest port in the West African sub-region, which is also the second biggest in Africa with the container storage capacity of 20,000 TEUs and an annual volume of 610,000 TEUs.

6 .Suez Canal, Egypt

The Suez Canal is 101 miles (163 km) long connecting the Mediterranean Sea with the Gulf of Suez, a northern branch of the Red.

Since its inception in 1869, it has allowed ships to travel between Europe and South Asia without navigating around Africa hence reducing the sea voyage distance between Europe and India significantly.

The 2014 total tonnage was up to 962.7 million tonnes.

7 .Tangier, Morocco

Separated from The Port of Tangier which remains the port for ferries, the Tangier-Med Port, accommodates commercial ships and vessels and can facilitate up to 3.5 million containers.

This was triggered by the expansion of the market and import-export industry, requiring the need to streamline the flow of traffic.

It only opened in 2007, and already it is one of the largest ports on the Mediterranean and in Africa in terms of capacity.

My advice for you Kenyans is to step up your game. Especially Kenyan men.

Tanzanians are seriously dominating you guys in the entertainment and social industry.
Bros, this "domination" philosophy doesn't apply here. Our countries share a common language. Do you have any idea how popular kenyan comedians and TV are in Tanzania? I was once in Dar es Salaam and at 7 pm during the early evening newscast in kiswahili(all channels), the Tanzanians were all glued to the no.1 kiswahili 7 o'clock news channel called Citizen Nipashe from Kenya. They dont like their own news channels. I mean, its just the other day i learnt that this popstar kid called Justin Bieber is a Canadian!!!You don't hear canadians bragging that they are dominating American music, do you?
