It's marketing I think.
In a similar role in the industry, remuneration is around 30k for floating and some other earnings on commission.
It's a very tough job I must confess - well it's a sales job and the responsibilities are as follows:

1. Selling insurance packages to customers.
2. Looking for new clients. If they don't give you a vehicle which I doubt they will then you might have to be trekking from one office to another.
3. Attending to already owned customers and converting their premiums to better packages.
4. Other responsibilities as specified from time to time.

People have survived in this job and earning as much commisions as up to NGN500, 000 if you are lucky to get the big clients or sign a huge organization but it's tough and wouldn't wish my enemy the job.

On the contrary, if you are a naturally born sales person then give a try.
