You are not informed. Crude oil is mostly transported from port Harcourt. Only non-oil shipments go through Lagos. And there was never a time cocoa was the major revenue, Never! The major revenue was oil palm from the south south.

Don't worry someone will post the proof here soon enough.
Henrydone:
You are the one distorting fact, cocoa was the major revenue then, even nw that oil takes the plate, they are transported through our port and remember Ondo contribute 13% of nigeria oil.

The funny thing is that you can't even spell the capital of Ebonyi.

Don't bother posting pics from other SE cities.......Abakalike can float all the SW cities...
Let's stick to Abakalike....
Re: 10 Most Developed State Capitals In Nigeria-opinion by laurel03(m): 6:33am On May 10, 2017
development is more than buildings and roads that is were most of you getting it wrong.. though Ib gt old structures and simply because of early development and the advantage of land mass make them neglect those old area and still building new areas. eg in iyakangu gra you can not get a plot of land less than 50million and others good uncountable gra and estate ...
Aside Lagos and kano in term of industries i dont think there is other state capital in Nigeria that can beat ibadan in that area. uncountable multinational companies and local industries.
one of the best hospital in Nigeria is in ibadan(uch )and also one of the best university which is UI and others higher institutions which are more than ten.

Did you just say nice city of Abakaliki? The only thing that makes Abakaliki a city is because it's capital of a state. Mind you, I have been to Abakaliki many times, trust me, I know what I'm saying when I call it glorified village. Apart from New layout, GRA and government house region, other parts of Abakaliki is like a typical village or town. So don't ever put Ibadan and Abakaliki in the same sentence. And you saying 95% of Ibadan is slum means that you have neither been to Ibadan or you don't know Ibadan

You can say whatever you like about Ebonyi state capital but in terms of IGR oyo state is no where near Ebonyi State created yesterday.

You're so confident of your ignorance.

You think everyone pulls information out of thin air like you?

@Topic.

I was in Ibadan yesterday and I was dissapointed.

Rubish heaps have started lining the some roads around Iwo rd, the expressway and those places looks a mess.

The Gov has to step up his waste disposal game and also do somthing about the rugged and dirty appearance of the environment. Things get better once you leave the expressway but that what gives travellers that pass their main impression of Ibadan.

Oshogbo is neater.

Another stat you pull out of your ass. You guys never seize to amuse people. Saying Ebonyi state IGR is greater than Oyo state is not only a lie but also beyond ridiculous.
You guys should stop being emotional and talk more intelligently. Anytime you come up with an aggrandized claims, try back it up with facts or sources.
Back to discussion at hand. Not only is Oyo state IGR far greater than Ebonyi state, as a matter of fact, it is greater than any state in the South east. Unlike you, this is my source

Don't worry guy, you win! I doubt you even lived in Bodija. You know what, Ibadan is even 99.99% slum undecided

Meanwhile, when next you go to Ibadan, don't forget to go to Oluyole, Iyaganku, Agodi, Jericho Samonda, Alalubosa and Onireke
