One can wait until the call up letter is available in your school,then you go and collect it.its not compulsory to pay the 3k. I called dia helpline and the official told me that for those that didnt pay the 3k, dia green card would be given to them in camp

If 1992 is Wat is on her WAEC result then she can apply for change of DOB, I think Nysc does it with WAEC verification pin, I believe more info will b given to u here, also try contacting your state secretariat for better info.
