I met this girl recently everything has been going well until she found out I am an atheist, she started avoiding me and said she doesn't want anything to do with me because of that fact.

I really like her cry, is there anything I can do to ignite a change of mind on her part

You come as you are. If that shoe does not fit the foot, try another shoe. You don't have to give up what you believe in just because someone does not understand why. Did she ask why you had this point of view? You did not lie to her or try to deceive her. She has the problem of not being open minded not you.
