What docs will i authenticate at MOE and which one at MFA?

Guys please I need your advise, I have read through previous messages here and the list of things I saw that should be translated are my
1. Transcript
2.Degree certificate
3.Birth certificate.
Those are the three documents I took for translation and the woman I gave is not even done with them.
Can I take those 3 documents for Legalization? I have my admission letter already and the instruction sent to me was to legalize my "Degree certificate". Other documents were not mentioned.
For those that have done theirs, please can I go further with legalization without issues or it is a must I present a translated copy of my WAEC as well?

Secondly, when is pre enrollment/ main visa application going to be?

Uncle without translation your going no were. So get your translation ready pack everything to the embassy and submit for legalization cu's if u don't legalize, u can't pre enroll. Mind u its one month before it comes out and pre enrollment end by June. If u Cant's wait u know we roll in Nigeria. I will advice if u have your parents or your sponsor is yourself. I will advice u hurray up. Spend the money and get the visa. Good luck
