He was an ok defender, definitely not world class and definitely not a United legend. He was 2nd choice for most of his time at United. He initially shared space with Ronny Johnsen to partner Pallister and when Jaap Stam came in it was Stam and Johnsen with Berg as a sub. Fear God

Thats why madrid is chasing both belotti and mbappe, despite having morata. A striker should be bullying defenders and scoring goals . The era of big teams playing fido dido as top striker is gone.

Since Mourinho took over Madrid they have been in 3 finals and never exited before Semis. Now that consistency not the crap Arsenal fans are so proud of.
