Well well well, what do we have here. A very concerned customer just emailed us about this.

Why are we Nigerians like this? It seems Nigerians will go to any length to harm someone when they are not happy. This is why we have depersonalized customer service.

This punter who we regard as an ambassador, and paid a total of about 1.6m Naira so far?

As a lot of you might know, over the past few weeks, some accounts have received error while trying to place some high bets, due to our risk management system. This is something we have been working hard to resolve. Some people had come on here to complain and understandably, some customers are not happy about this, but they have been very civilized with their complaints and we been able to restore their full betting abilities.

This gentleman's account was one of them, he was unable to place bets higher than a certain amount of money. Of course, understandably, he was not happy, just like a lot of other very good customers we have. Unfortunately, it seems this man was not only unhappy, he feels a sense of entitlement to place bets any time he wants. Imagine our surprise when this man begins to threaten us that if we do not allow him place bets and get his winnings, he will resort to blackmail and lie that we did not pay him 1.25m so as to hurt our business? Who does this sort of thing? We were of course shocked and thought he must be joking.

I will not even address the silliness of the story that you are peddling, like someone rightly asked you. If you were not paid, why would you wait so long to say such? And why did you keep coming back to Megabet? I'll simply leave screenshots so everyone can see.

We do not like to join issues with our customers, it simply looks untidy, so we will not be addressing this any further. I think most people already know that this story is completely untrue, but it is still important to answer it directly once and for all.

To our customer who wrote this, we are very disappointed. However, we bear no ill will towards you, you have your own life to live and your own morals standards to uphold.

@Austino677, please research on how DNB works when it is chosen as one of the selections in an accumulator bet. Lionsbet bet does not mark DNB as a lost bet. DNB is DNB on any betting platform.

DNB is not displayed as red when the match ends in a draw or when you prediction of the event is successful. However, if you selected a team to win and the match did not end in a draw and the team that you selected did not win, then it is a LOST BET. That is when it will be coloured in RED but asides this stated scenario it is always striked out.
