You can get treated through an oral, intravenous or intramuscular route depending on which of the STI's that you have. Having UTI doesn't necessarily mean you have an STI it's two different infection entirely, tract infections is mostly caused by bacteria entering through your bladder thus affecting free flow of urine or any liquid passing through your penis. OP should see a good pharmacists they'll recommend a good antibiotic that will see to its cure, and stop holding pee or ejaculation that's the root
