i agree that bayelsa is a bit backward wen it cones to development....but I have been to almost all the states in igbo land....and I can say anyday and time dat they are also under developed.......they are lucky that the girl that was killed was an Epie girl and not an ijaw girl....the ring tone would have change a long time ago. 1 Like |
