I was referencing the countries that have bult strong, well developd economies that hav been built thanx to oil. Nigeria had more potentential to develop than most countries in Africa in the 60s. It had the most fertile lands, the most educated pipo, the most influence in the continent.

Kenya was one of the least likely to succed. No valuable minerals to talk about, 83% of its land arid, upto 80% of its population illiterate etc.

But wait o, why would Kenya have more slums than Nigeria considering how big Nigeria is?
