I never said I would advice them not too. My parents took us through sex education and allowed us make our choices, I intend to do the same for my kids.

bros the fact that u created dis thread means u desire change. some people say its impossible to stop masturbation but that's a big lie, try to adopt some of the advice that has been given to you already. Now try to look at the consequences of masturbation, is it going to help you achieve your goals in life or rather leave you in regret. Stopping the habit won't be easy, u might fall back to it once in a while Bt as time goes on you will overcome it. Also know dat having a girlfriend will not stop u from masturbating, What you need right now is determination and total abstinence from sexual activities. I like ur spirit. Let me tell u the truth, everyone pass through this very junction before either willingly or unwillingly. The first stage of ur healing is ability to speak out. Mastubation is very dangerous. I was in ur shoe before but I'm free now for the past ten years. Look, there are some steps u need to take to stop masturbation if u are not yet married. One, see mastubation as abnormal and something u must get rid of cos u may not believe it, there are some evil spirit with the act and this make it difficult to quit.
Secondly, stop watching pornography and delete any sexual picture or movies on ur phone. Stop reading anything relating to sex either on romance section in nairaland or novels.
Third, stop being in isolation for now until u conqure the act. Also dedicate ur time to something meaningful rather than sex. Run to God for help and make determination to quit at all cost.
Finally, there is something attached to masturbation that some of us don't know. Masturbation goes with badluck and intense hatred from people.
