My problem is not erecting projects here and there and commissioning them but maintaining them.

Those in Government need to cultivate that maintenance culture.

Why should Wike get acclaims because he "built" a complex with Rivers state's resources for Rivers state citizens?? Isn't it his duty to develop the state?

I was passing through Onitsha- Enugu expressway and i was full of praises for the thickness of the asphalt and the length covered already. It doesn't matter who is doing it. Own your conscience! Be true to yourself.
