That is a big fat lie. stripping and even burning a thief has not and will not stop stealing. Didn't u read a topic in this forum about a man whose hand was chopped off because he was caught stealing and how he was caught stealing again. It is just that the country is in a mess, if not, the scenario should have been..catch a thief, hand over to the police..the thief goes to court...if found guilty...be served a jail sentence where he is to undergo rehabilitation and even a handwork he can use to sustain himself if he eventually finish his jail sentence. But the system is bleeped up, that is why people like u see no wrong in stripping a human being naked becos of stealing.

This sweet me, because am once a victim. In march this year my brother came home with a girl he met 3days before at kwara poly to our house in ilorin. I just visited home that time and the girl just disapeared with my tab i was charging in the room, just like that. I nearly broke my brother head that day.
