In the stock market, the leader in any sector raises hope for other competitors.Gtb cant go up without drawing certain stocks....eg fbn, uba,Access etc.
CCNN also in my watchlist as Dangote cem & Wapco are set to move.

The highest a stock can do in a day at NSE is 10%,Is JSE doing 20% a day?If true, people make money every day at JSE.
dat means they also loose money too though dat exchange is not as irrational as ours

All those buying GTB above N30 are they dividend players? The stock has a huge resistance at N30.

Thank you. Could that e-dividend friendly bank be GTB or Diamond. It will be crazy that after queuing for over one hour in GTbank they tell you go we can't accept it.

Some banks will insist on the shareholder number and some will process it without the no.
I did my own without the shareholder no.
If one bank is not ready to do it go to another bank.

- a close above is very bullish , we may see new highs in the coming days or weeks

So nice to see GTB above 30 but to think that it only did 10% to get here is quite discouraging. It has not done so much in terms of return, when compared to others like FBNH, UBA, Access... which have all done returns of 20% and above since the second quarter of the year.

...you might not be correct that GTB only made 10% gain since the start of Q2 2017. The bank opened price is 24.52 at the start of Q2 and its closing price after today's trading is 30.7. That is more than 24% gain!

BullBearMkt:
IS MAYBAKER HISTORY ABOUT TO BE RE-WRITTEN?

Chart 1 below shows 2016 MayBaker stock price movement. Prior to mark down the stock was moving generally sideways and bottom after dividend payment (6 kobo) in April. The rest is story as the stock rallied from 0.8 to 1.23 between May and early July.

Looking at recent price movement on chart 2, one can see almost similar pattern. Dividend (of 6 kobo) was given to shareholders and the price has since made little rally.

Will the stock make similar rally seen last year? Will recent NSE index bull runs along with Pharmaceutical sector rally have effect on MayBaker stock price? Only time will tell...

Disclamer: This post is purely based on technical analysis and is the opinion of BullBearMkt. Due diligence should be carried out accordingly.

You need a letter of Administration.

Visit the various registrars with the LA and a start change of ownership for the shares.

After that, you can claim the dividend.

Do I still need a Letter of Administration (LA) in cases where a will was left behind indicating me as the beneficiary? Thanks for your response so far
