3. Darous is a cool guy who got to do wat he has to do to get wat he want and he his using his selling point to the fullest which is his handsome looks and wat he got down south I think he is a good guy who love enjoyment and skirt

How am I even going to explain to Jide that, I finally found the lady that stole my wallet which resulted into getting him beaten up by those three slim guys, but I let her go scotfree after she tricked me into giving her another 200k!

How will he even react when he finally found out that She was sent by those robbers to rob me and I fell for it? Knowing the kind of person Jide is, I won't be suprised if he cut all ties with me because of that silly mistake

But, sincerely, how could I have been so stewpid! I fell so easily for that b!tch twice! Not once but twice! They say Once bitten is directly proportional to twice shy! But mine is different

She succeeded in tricking me to believe that an 8years old can have a brest cancer! See how those ladies at the brothel were just laughing hysterically at me when I mention that statement to them?

Who would have ever believed that a whole me! Could fall easily for such a trick? Eh? Oh gawd of thunder! Whats happening to your son? Why have you abandon me? Why's my life gradually becoming a once upon a time?

These were the thoughts that kept flooding into my brain as the bike I boarded drove me towards Mr Ifa's house around 6:37am of that fateful saturday

It was one of those time of equinox when we have equal day and equal night around March, so the weather was still slightly dark

I got off the bike and paid the driver. I slunked through the back terrace of the house and found the door open. I sneaked inside and thankfully it seems the whole household was still asleep as I didn't encounter anybody on the way to the guest room

I entered the room and found the bed empty, no sign of Jide or any indication that he slept inside the room

I dialled his number but it was switched off. I tried his 2nd line repeatedly but got the same result. Concluding that he might be in the main sitting room probably watching film, cos there was light, I took off my trouser and shirt leaving only my boxers on and relaxed on the bed

All the events that took place right from when we entered the car that journeyed us to Oyo state began to flood into my brain

I remembered that, I waited for Jide for almost 10mins at the bustop where we boarded the car and Favour wasn't in the car yet. Only the two women sitting at the back of the car was discussing while I was waiting for Jide. Favour arrived 3mins prior to Jide's arrival and headed straight to the front seat.

Nothing was unusual about her before I started counting the money inside my wallet in the car just to intimidate her. It was my intention to get her attention and it worked until she stole my wallet

Nothing else happened apart from that incident until yesterday when I saw her at the brothel. I thought it was karma's way of a vengeful coincidence but it wasn't. The usual saying is true afterall; 'Coincidence is a word used by fools and the weak, and I obviously belong to that group

I turned around on the bed when I hear a click on the door. Jide walked in claded in trousers and shirt. I sat up immediately feeling anxious when I saw his deadpan face

"Jide, how far na? Where you dey before? You no sleep for house?"

He eyed me with a scornful glare as he began to take off his shirt
"na me suppose dey ask you that question, where you go last night?" He queried with a serious tone. I was'nt expecting that question from him and I was dumbstruck. "you go fvck pvssy again abi? Shey the one wey happen inside the motor with Favour never teach you lesson reach? We barely escaped getting beaten to stupor because of your flirtuous life and today was also suppose to be your funeral and instead of you giving it a break, na pvssy you go dey fvck...". He walked over to the bed and started rearranging his cloth inside his bag

My heart skipped a million beats and I was totally dumbstruck as his truthful accusations strucked my mind

I wasn't sure if that was an accusation or if he already knew of my last night escapade. After some moments of silence I realise that he would have reacted much more in a furious way if it was the latter and I concluded that his words must have been based on the former so I eased up my agitated mind

"Jide, I never knew you could think of me in such a way! How could you think I'll spend the night that I could probably end up dead in a woman's abode? You fvck up Jide, and I didn't expect that from you...not from you!" I declared with a feigned angry tone

He turned around and stared at my face dropping his bag on the floor. "am sorry if I upset you but then where were you last night? That I was looking for you everywhere?"

I didn't answer him at first but when he kept on begging me, I spoke up

"come to think of it? Where do you think someone thats about to die, or was expected to die would be on a Friday night that he was suppose to die, where would that person be?"

"if it was another person, I'd have a clue to that, but you? You are so unpredictable...but tell me where were you last night?".

"since you think so amoral of me, it gives me a great level of pleasure to announce to you that I, Darousmart, the only genuine son of thunder, spent the whole night....at a vigil in the Church down the street."

I watched with keen interest as his face transformed from an eager one to a one so full of suprise

"what!" He declared with a wide grin "seriously!!" I nodded "bro, you suprise me! Who would have ever thought that a son of thunder could pray to God! Talkless of going to church? Wow! Take a hug bro." He gave me a happy hug and kept on chuckling

"I knew you'd be suprised, thats why I didn't tell you." I said feeling like Anthony Joshua when he conquered his opponent

"well, I first of all introduce myself to him and begged him to spare my life. I vowed that if he did that? I'll kill a ram for him in the next Eid-filtri festival."
