Damaged control. The SE is the least region where you find people of other tribes. Even Calabar and Uyo have more people from the North and SW than the whole of Ibo land combined, . 9 Likes 2 Shares |

ProWalker:There have been regular religious riots in Kano since the 50s yet Igbos outnumber yorubas by far despite yorubas being half Muslim. your lack of adventure is the reason your roofs are leaking in your towns Ecclesiastes 10:18 Laziness leads to a sagging roof; idleness leads to a leaky house. MXrep: It still does not take away the fact that there are still more Yorubas in Kano, than you will ever find in the 5 South Eastern states put together. There are Northern states like Niger state where you will find more Yorubas than Igbos. There are also far more Yorubas in Ivory Coast than you will find in S.E states. There is something that is pursuing people from SE states including indigenes that travels to different parts of the country in search of a better life. Honest analysis of this is what can reverse the trends, not this Ostrich approach of burying your heads in the sand. 5 Likes |

deji15:you can only find more yorubas in places like Niger, Kebbi, Zanfara, etc. This is because, these places are not commercial. Igbos outnumber yorubas in Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Maiduguri (before boko haram), Jos etc. This is the same reason there are few yorubas in the East, East is highly commercial. Aba or Onitsha have more northerners than all yorubas in south east and south south. There is no excuse for lack of adventure, yorubas only travel to areas without commercial bustle because of their legendary laziness 1 Like 3 Shares |

MXrep: If petty trading that disguises criminal activity is what you refer to as " highly commercial", then you can have it. You will still find Yorubas doing exceedingly well in most western countries as well. Working as professionals and as business owners. The way you Igbos reason beats logic. The truth is that sad beast has nothing to share with others in their erosion ravaged hole. It is all suffer head. That explains why indigenes are also running away from the place. 5 Likes |

legislatively: Ota, Sagamu, Agbara, Ogijo, Ifo different places in Ogun State are heavily populated by non-indigenes especially Igbos. Oyo, Ondo, Osun the same even if some are more populated than others. The East and Southsouth are less diverse. That is why you still have people that call Mosques, 'Hausa Church'. If they had even decent interactions with Yorubas alone, they would know what a Mosque is talk less of meeting people from the North. 3 Likes |

Abeg leave this people.. Let them believe what they want to believe.. The hausas are those that are in right to say that not yoroubas....... Most yoroubas I know here in east are tailors, construction engineer(mecine and rest), Native drug sellers, mechanic and rest ... Yet they can't out sell indigenes.... But in terms of working on buildings.... They have taken 50 percent of solid jobs in south east and nobody is complaining.... If u are a yorouba and u don't fall into those fields South east is not for u..... Same way an Igbo man can't go to North and Outplace them in Agriculture . |

deji15:Don't believe the crap that guy is spewing, anybody that has been to kano before knows that his claim is a blatant lie. The only area the igbos are dominant in kano is sabon gari and you will find yorubas and other tribes there too in large quantities. Areas like Naibawa, hotoro, ungwan uku, kurna asabe, gyadi gyadi, kabuga, and alot of other areas are teeming with yorubas. Same with their higher institutions too. That guy is just a bloody liar. Yorubas are way more than igbos both in the city and environs. 4 Likes |

OP- Igboland is the only place in Nigeria where there has never been genocide. Other parts from the north, middlebelt to SW, non-indigenes have suffered murder and victimisation. In the East we don't hate our guests we are umu Chineke |

izombie: Nothing is fabricated my friend. I have been to Enugu and the worst 3 months of my live was spent there. I worked with a subcontractor to Marlum at ESUT and Nnamani personally house in Agbani . and we witnessed firsthand the animalistic behaviour of your people. I was their in 2007 and lived between Ozalla 4corner to ESUT. It is in Enugu that I got to know that it is a crime for tenants to put buckets outside when it is raining because all waters belong to the landlord who will store the rain water and later sell to the neighbours including the tenants. 2. You can't have a disagreement with your brother and fellow non indigen without the landlord or his sons locking your room and imposing fine on you 3. fight with an indigen and be ready to face the wrath of the vigilante and town unions 4. All matters involving outsiders vs indigens can't be taken to the police station because the vigilantes will handle all dispute and you as outsider must just be ready to pay fine and lots of other stupid behaviours . 7 Likes 2 Shares |

dexentity: Ask an average Hausa man, the highest number of non indigenes in Kano are Igbo's, followed by Benue and later Yoruba from kwara or Kaduna south people. Igbo owns many properties in kano more than any other non indigenes to show how they dominate the area. those places you mention, do u dominate there or you live in pockets with Hausa's lording over you all. 1 Like 1 Share |

dexentity: There is no where in the north you guys are more than Igbo's. I stay in Kano and I have also stayed in countless northern states. In kano where you see total dominance of Igbo's: Sabin gari, nomansland and airport road. the Hausa's even call it Igbo area. Where in kano do Hausa's call Yoruba areas? Hotoro, Hausa's are more, naibawa, Hausa's are more, every other place you mention, Hausa's are more. 2 Likes 1 Share |

MXrep: You guys keep contradicting yourselves. On several threads on NL, I have seen many Igbo posters stating that the Yoruba people do not travel outside their enclave, and are not as adventurous as the Igbo when it comes to settling down in areas outside their hometowns, especially in areas such as the Southeast. Today, I find Igbo posters trying hard to justify the fact that Yoruba citizens are resident in large numbers, within the Southeast. Now, which version are we to believe, biko nu?? 5 Likes |
