Op compare and contrast between suya, nkwobi, isi-ewu, peppersoup. Fried chicken, etc go and taste them and come and tell me why and all these goes goes with oh-mpa, nkwu-ocha mixed with stout. These are rare delicacies. At suya places all those liquids are seen as haram and since one could lose a precious head for trying them out at north we decided to leave them with thier suya

I think the Hausas does it better. The igbos know their strength and every business they go into they understand the comparative advantage.

Suya is just not for them
