On page 712,2017 I proved Kenya doesn't have more than 6 skyscrapers completed. It has been verified by many reliable sources.

It has to do with perception of light skin. This exists everywhere in Africa, even in North Africa. I heard the mixed race business inin Ghana was growing. I first encountered this like 3 years ago. Believe it or not Nigeria has a fair number of people with light skin tones. Sure, a lot of the Fulanis are light skin from Northern Nigeria but I'm not even talking about them. A lot of Nigerians are naturally light skin especially from the South with higher concentrations in Cross river and Akwa Ibom. Although rare, some non-mixed Nigerians (100% African) have lightly colored eyes. I know it sounds unbelievable but there are some, although quite rare with hazel and green eyes. Nigeria is very genetically diverse. It has the highest twinning rate in the entire world for example. Scientists have found the rate of R1b gene at high frequencies among Chadic people of Nigeria and Northern Cameroon as well as in Western Europe. The Hausa in particular and other Chadic groups like Marghi share this genetic trait. Anyways this genetic trait isn't solely skin color based because the Hausa are mostly dark-skinned. I used this example to show the genetic diversity in Nigeria. There are also a large chunk of Nigerians with dark or medium dark skin tones. The 70%/77% is an obvious overestimation. if that was true, almost every Nigerian would be light skin. Also most Nigerians who actually bleach don't usually share it. Why? Because it's not the norm, you get shunned very easily. A lot of the western media/organizations like to peddle that 51% of Nigerians live in rural areas, yet at the same time say 77% of Nigerian women bleach. In the North, many people are very conservative that they cover their heads, why would they bleach when the consequences would be high?

Also, one last thing. The WHO report cited the survey back in 2013 and ever since a number of online articles have published the articles. It was the UN Environmental Programme (UNEP) which actually conducted the non-factual survey, and the document was later taken down and removed by the organization. The damage is already done anyways.
