OK so my cousin bought a infinix hot 4 pro and she wants to activate 4g using etisalat...how do I go about it...!!??

Does the network provider have 4G frequency and infrastructure in your area. In others words are you in etisalat 4G coverage zone, if not, your phone wont pick 4G signal when the frequency is left at 4G. better walk into etisalat customer care office and ask for their 4G coverage zones

Hello @whitebeard You'll need a 4G enabled simcard, which will work best in an etisalat 4G coverage zone.
