Even if I remove the 16 stories with 12 floors, LAGOS STILL HAS MORE HIGHRISE THAN THE WHOLE OF KENYA WITH 110 HIGHRISES AGAINST NAIROBI 76(12 FLOORS INCLUDED).

However we can't remove it because Moscow, New York, Seoul had their 12 floors buildings counted when the data was collected.

As it stands, Lagos has 126 highrises while Nairobi has 76. Don't deceive anybody here, your 12 stories were also included in the data collation. Like every other cities.

There are criterias for on country to be considered to be colonized and Ethiopia don't fill majority of the lists. Search online if you want and you will see why Ethiopia wasn't considered to be colonized. Europeans, other countries and even Italy recognized the deeds of Italians back then wasn't considered to be colonization. They have tried, but failed.

Yes, there are some areas which bear Italian name, but this has nothing to do with colonization. There are also areas which bear the name of Mexico, Rwanda, France and other countries.
