No certification is bad but what you have learnt why trying to get it is what is needed. Comptia A+ is a starting point into the IT world and would be useful if you are going for IT support role as you can easily diversify into networking( CCNA) database (oracle certificates) and more. The fact is that you have set the ground rolling as you now know the basics.

its normal 5working days/week. I believe it's a marketing role, was there recently. The salary is 65k based on achievement of at least 70% of target. Target is 2.5M/month.
