Nigeria World Cup Winner Not Offered New Deal By Chelsea Published: May 23, 2017 Nigeria World Cup Winner Not Offered New Deal By ChelseaEnglish Premier League champions Chelsea have parted company with attacking midfielder Habib Makanjuola. The status of the former Nigeria U17 international at the Stamford Bridge outfit had been covered in mist, but a Chelsea youth-team expert has revealed that he has not been offered a new contract. ''Yeah, he was with the club as a schoolboy, won some skills competition in Nigeria. Didn't get a scholarship,'' Chelsea Youth tweeted. ''Last I heard he was with a local youth club in Birmingham.'' Makanjuola was part of the Golden Eaglets squad at the 2013 Fifa U17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, and played their first group match against Mexico. Oh, I see. It probably not gonna happen. I think Arsenal would be going for a more established stars this time. Arsene Wenger knows that next season is gonna be his final year, if he doesn't win something. And personally, I would prefer Henry to go to Everton. But something tells me that West Ham might just end up being the lucky team. O pari Icon4s: 3 Likes |

Icon79: Same here. I even prefer West Ham for him. There he will have a better opportunity for game time. Everton's starting 11 is not that easy to break into. Look at Lookman for instance. Who do you think is even better between Lookman and Onyekuru? 1 Like |

At the moment, yes, he probably won't start for Everton. But remember that Lukaku and Ross Barkley are leaving. They have refused to sign new contracts. Hence, I can see Henry playing Barkley's position. One reason why I would like him to play for Everton is that Ronald Koeman is a pretty good coach. He always make his team (players) better. Left to me, this Corsica game would be a chance for the untested guys to feature majorly. The likes of Alampasu, Awaziem, Ebuehi, Onyekuru should start. For the life of me, I still can't understand why Ezenwa still gets called up for international duty |

TheGoodJoe: There is a general progression from adolescent teenager to full grown adult male, which sees clear physical change. However some individuals do defy that for instance Omeruo hasn't changed much from when he was 15. On the other hand Iheanacho has developed naturally yes he is athlete, but his progression has not seen him bulk up unnecessarily. Considering Anichebe after he has two leg fractures teemed up with Yakubu who was naturally big and muscular just like Danny Shittu. And then beefed up and went on the weights and synthetic protein. The results are there for all to see. Zaha, Bolasie, and Demba strengthened themselves without bulk. My first personal rule is stay away from the synthetic protein. Get a good sport scientific personal trainer and have a regime tailored to your needs. You can be lean and very strong without loss of mobility, agility and speed. Finally the Caucasian physiological make up is very different from ours. 1 Like |
