My contact in the US used his card to pay ECA Evaluation for me and my spouse, but mistakenly made the payments(2 PAYMENTS) into my account. Meaning i made paid twice and no payment in my spouse account.

How do I get WES to refund the payment or move the over payment to my spouse WES account, It been a week I cannot even reach WES.

If you have your UK certificate ready, just fax/mail a copy to them and arrange for your transcripts to be sent to WES. Nigerian degrees are harder to evaluate, skip your Nigerian degree unless if you are ready to wait for 1-3 months!

Why don't you just evaluate this Msc for now to enter the Express Entry pool first?

IMO, you can assess the degree later if necessary.

Up till now, im yet to get acknowledgemnt from them i.e my profile still reads "Waiting for required documents ". Who has an idea of what might be going on? Does it take this long for them to acknowlegde fax or is there anything i can do? I have already made accessment paymet and have got the reference number.

It depends on the option you go for, the normal 8 to 10 days processing time which is 45 pounds or the 2 days processing option for 80 pounds, shipping within the UK should take 2 to 3 days after it has been sent to Royal Mail. For the regular one, they usually complete the processing within 5 days, except there is a problem with the application.

I am a bit worried. If I ask people to send me funds to augment mine I ask them to send t to my savings account I then transfer to my current account which is my my salary account as a bank staff and when transferring I state my investment or my funds or tbills etc. so now I want to know if it will cause any harm when I am printing and also some of my treasury bill funds didn't start till feb am done march. It seems the application is done online strictly but the website has been giving errors and the numbers to call have not been connecting.
Can anyone provide assistance on this?

I did a mobile transfer, copied the receipt sent to my email by the bank to Microsoft Word, then attached it in a mail sent to exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org and called them (014603090-9) thereafter to follow-up. Note : getting them on phone might be stressful.

ETX-NG reliability? Well I can vouch for them. If there is alternative means, Please consider. But if not, be ready to follow up with them until you get your transcript, otherwise you might wait a while. I requested for my transcript through them since March 6, (2017) but up till this moment, the transcript is neither here nor there.

Urgent Information required:

My uncle applied for Provincial Nominee program in 2014 and he received an email yesterday that he should update his application form (IMM8) and send along with their international passports for the issuance of immigrant visas but his eldest son is currently schooling in Canada. My questions are:
1. Will his son send his passport to Nigeria so that the family can submit their passports together?
2. Can the boy submit his passport to any office in charge of immigrant visas in Canada, if yes which office and location?
