Haa.

Is the DSS the law courts, jury and judge

Anyway crazy stuffs always happens in this government.

Has DSS turned to court?
This is bad for our democracy and the constitution which guarantees fair hearing.
However, if he is fairly tried and found guilty, full weight of the law should pounce on him
But what is good for the geese should be good for the gander

please tell me how you would agree to pay back what you owe to someone that is owing you more? NNPC owes him N16 billion for over 2 years but no one heard about it. Capital Oil & Gas still continued to do business with NNPC believing that NNPC will pay. nobody sued NNPC to the ECOWAS court or dragged NNPC's management.

By your logic, it's also okay if a bank has not paid you interest on a fixed deposit and you decided to go to the ATM, crack it open and carry away the money inside? Simpletons like you must understand, you cannot fight the government or any of its entities through aggression unless it is done via the court of law. Ubah is very rich, he can afford all the legal counsel he needs, why jeopardize his freedom?

So DSS is now the Judge and Jury
You got that from what DSS said? They were only presenting their case to the judge, so they are not the Judge and Jury. but i think most of us are missing the point here.

the point is, was there a diversion of any kind? if yes, then the perptrator(s) should account for this crime, if no, then the DSS should be held accountable for tarnishing Uba image.

I dislike Ifeanyi Ubah but has the big stick ever been wielded on any Northerner?

Is DASUKI an Igbo man, until we stop this tribal stupidity nothing will move in this country.
These guys have no regard for tribe or religion when they commit their crime , but you will come and defend them.

Just that it's d selective nature of the arrests and prosecution that gets some of us very skeptical and dismissive of this corruption fight,if not what Ifeanyi Ubah did is truly pure economic sabotage.
You shouldn't because of the selectiveness...... the big picture is clamping down on corruption. .... if this government get rid of all corrupt in the opposition only..... then when the opposition ones in power they should do the same.... in the end we would be rid of most of the corrupt and those getting into to power will fear getting involved in shady deals. In fact... we should hope the DSS can actually successfully bring a case of sabotage that can lead to death sentence.

Stupid people with the same brain set as buhari. when the matter gets to court and you asked for evidence of Uba alleged crime, u will start seeing amendment upon amendment. Arresting some one "on reasonable suspicion" . Brainless people !!! No wonder there had no been a single conviction

NNPC owns the Oil

NNPC is not coming out to ask for their Oil

NNPC is owing him more than that amount.

Since they don't want to pay

He decided to sell the Oil to recover debt owed him by NNPC

Why is DSS CRYING MORE THAN THE BEREAVED (NNPC)

You are better stick to the "he is our thief sentiment" because your comment is pure cowshit and holds no water. Ifeanyi Ubah is not even owed 1/2 the value of what he diverted...is that even a way to recover debt? And case you dont know, dss and nnpc work the Nigerian people.

Did Ifeanyi Ubah divert PMS the NNPC's stored in his tank farm? Yes! Did he do it alone? NO!

The rot in the NNPC in beyond human comprehension. Some big guns in the NNNPC would have connived with him to commit such heinous crime. I wonder why he's taking the fall, why not expose them all?!?!

Your analogy is wrong in this case rather it should go the other way round. Ubah is the bank here and NNPC the customer.

How is bridge of contract punishable by death? Ifeanyi Ubah has saved this Nation several time from economic collapse even going against the will of the union of petroleum marketers, this same person the DSS is accusing of trying to cause scarcity. The product in question did he drinkit or did he use it to fuel his car? He sold it to same Nigerian public. How the is Ifeanyi Ubah Capital oil trying to cause scarcity when the puduct was available to the public?
DSS please refrain from this baseless propaganda. Ifeanyi Ubah is saving Nigerian Government from petroleum cabals who want to strangulate this Nation for their personal gains. Ifeanyi Ubah derives joy in helping and saving Nigeria at all time.
They tried to rope Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah into Dasukigate, they found nothing. They searched for TAN's involvement, they found nothing. They now want to give his transaction a bad, a sort of payback for the waves TAN made. If this commercial dispute is punishable by death, what becomes of those that were involved in crude swap without delivering petroleum product or remitting the money for over 3 years
#justice4ifeanyiubah

You guys are the enemies of this great country and deserve to be treated accordingly.

It was reported that the oil in question was kept in his depot which is a common practice. Government kept the oil with this thief cos they trusted him.

But what did he do to the oil? He sold it. #11billion worth of petrol without remitting the money to the federal govt. it's a clear statement but you Igbos have chosen to turn the story upside down.

It amazes me when i see Igbos talking about corruption in other regions when all their own politicians are busy eating their future generation commonwealth.

There are many Northerners being prosecuted as we speak and Northerners are not defending anyone. The Northerners being prosecuted were even given bail but the govt refused through courts to let go.

---Tafa Balogun Was prosecuted and disgraced without Yorubas raising an eyebrow

---Babatope Borishade was prosecuted and disgraced

---Fani Kayode is being prosecuted as we speak

---Just few weeks ago, an NIA DG called Oke Oni was suspended and he is being investigated as we speak and nobody from his tribe is screaming blue murder.

Why are you Igbos so tribalistic and hate personified? Ibos only thrive on schadenfreude

Judge, Jury and Executioner.

DSS disobeying court order whilst handing out death sentence as it deem fit in line with APC islamic manifesto to those it deems deserving of death.

If u think u have a case, bring him to court and do the right thing.

We know he was the brain behind GEJ TAN 2015 campaign and Buhari holds him responsible for losing Igbo vote.

If u harm a hair off the body of our son, u will know that an Aboki that have never given Igbo any vote have no business getting sentimental over losing the vote to a better candidate.

This post shows how myopic and clannish the so-called Nigerian youths are. So, from what you read you didn't see that that was court proceedings? "Our Son" Mentality at work.

Did you read the post at all? The DSS obtained court order to detain him for 14 days. He went to court to set the order aside. The DSS response to the case included the severity of his crime. How is the DSS disobeying court order? How is the DSS behaving as the judge and executioner in this case? (since we don't do jury in Nigeria). Have you condemned your saintly brother , stealing 11 billion Naira?

the irony is that it's the constitution that they are disregarding with impunity that gives them the privilege to come out with strong arm posturing,do they think we are in the era of the firing squad, dullari used to to mastrubate over, they are in the wrong era,the time will come that the weak Nigerianarmy will not be in the position to force Nigerian.unity anymore and we shall see how they will come up with such stupid statement
