And any news about Ahmed Musa? I haven't heard anything about teams interested in signing him, I doubt if he's ever going to win his way back to Leicester city's starting lineup. Perhaps, they should give him out on loan, if they wouldn't want to sell him right away. |

Niaja too like to imitate. I beg make we love our fellow Africans. The true pace-setters are those who innovate and set standards. Not copy copy westerners. Truly we are just super-consumers. Na these kind statement dey start Nigeria vs Ghana wars or to make other Afticans start the hating. I be Nigerian but let truth be told, we too like to form one thing. We ate the loudest anywhere we are. Honestly I really do wish our advantage in population can count positively for us. Mujtahida: 1 Like |

I am concerned that most of the players are not yet in the camp! Where's Kelechi, Ndidi, Onazi, and all the big boys? As far as I know, the only people that has an excuse not to be in the camp already are: Moses, Iwobi, Aina, and Oshimen. So where are the rest of the players? Is the Turkey league still in session? Onyekuru Lead Alhassan Ibrahim, Etebo, Ebuehi In Top Performers In Eagles Training Super Eagles of Nigeria geared up for their upcoming friendly game against Corsica and Togo by observing their first training session in France. Owngoalnigeria.com correspondent who watched the session confirmed Henry Onyekuru as the star man during training with his twinkle toes helping him to evade his markers with ease, particularly when he was up against William Troost-Ekong. The hot in demand KAS Eupen forward also showed quick turn of pace and calmness on the ball, and his positioning means he is always available to receive the ball. Another player who stood out was regular Super Eagles forward Oghenekaro Etebo, with his close dribbling skills and strength leaving his markers in their wake for the period of time the training was on. Dutch-Nigerian full back Tyrone Ebuehi also impressed with his confidence on the ball especially for someone who is a defender. One area of his game that also caught the attention of our man on ground was his ability to bring the ball under control with ease. Alhassan “Mu’azam ” Ibrahim was full of tricks and produced some scintillating flicks during the warm up session with the ball. One thing that was clear about his performance was his quick thinking and speed of application of ideas despite his not too quick style of playing. Enjoy my bro. But safarigirl and all those with that kind sentiments, Africa will be stunted with the mindset of Nigeria first or never. Or my village or never. Or my state or never. In fact our political class are capitalizing on that to chop and go free. I may be digressing, but this is more encompassing then we may think. Mujtahida: |

Onyekuru Thorn Between Arsenal, Anderlecht- I Love Arsenal But Anderlecht Are In The Champions League Red hot KAS Eupen forward Henry Onyekuru has openly admitted he is thorn between joining the team he loves and the team that appears to have what looks like the best option for his career now. The forward who has been heavily linked with a move away from modest side Eupen in the summer, has narrowed his options to just two teams, Anderlecht and Arsenal . 19 year old Onyekuru who is in the camp of the Super Eagles current gearing up for their upcoming friendly games against Corsica and Togo says why a move to Arsenal will help him realise his dreams. A move to Anderlecht will see him play in the prestigious UEFA Champions League next season. Both teams are currently locked in talks with Eupen with a bid of around £8m said to be sufficient enough to price him. A fee which both teams can comfortably afford for the scorer of 24 during the recently concluded Belgium league. “I am enjoying myself in Belgium. This competition is fun and I’m still learning things here, but I’ve always dreamed of the Premier League. We will see, though. I still have enough time to make a decision. “The Champions League is the lead that Anderlecht has. In addition, I can only say that there are two big clubs each with their own playing style.” **Daniel Martins Source: http://owngoalnigeria.com/2017/05/24/onyekuru-thorn-between-arsenal-anderlecht-i-love-arsenal-but-anderlecht-are-in-the-champions-league/ |

I definitely hope so, because most of them have no excuse. And the big boys too, shall lead by examples. That's why I like the big boss Keshi, in those days, he's always one of the first players to hit camp. O pari TheSuperNerd: |

Joebie:Generally speaking I don't think like that especially on the home front as in Nigeria and how we run things (let the best have it is my motto) but when it comes to international football or sports I want Nigeria to be first or never. It's kind of quirky. Don't take it too serious. 1 Like |

I really wanna know who wears the no 10 shirt for the upcoming friendlies as Etebo wore 10 for the Senegal game. Uhmmmm... this is me just being amebo-ish |

You are right oooo..... This Zambian team ehn.. hmmmm.... I just dey look them... they look so resilient and very very enterprising. They have already equalled the class of 2007's showing at an U-20 WC (Zambia's best performance and finish so far). It is most likely this squad surpasses their predecessors and some of them go on to be household names for Zambian football just like The 2012 Afcon winning side that had Emmanuel Mayuka and Stophila Sunzu from the 2007 U-20 side that lost to Echiejile's Nigeria.
