Didnt care to go over the write up, but let me state clearly, i am a benue state indigene, north central.. went to Nsukka some weeks back, let me confess there is no fedral presense in Nsukka apart from UNiversity of nigeria nsukka and check points of the nigeria police force, igbo maginalisation never started today, if someone is to be held responsible then it should be the igbo elites, such as the deputy senate president & the rest, who are supposed to serve as a pressure group for the igbo people, but they have failed dismally, working for their belly, with their heads abroad and their anus at home...even if the igbo nation gets the presidency, the igbo people need the intervention of God..
quite agree with you about the igbo leaders, dey are the most selfish ppl on earth, nt caring about the well-being of their people. However, I quite disagree with the said marginalisation of the ibo ppl. Brother, hv u visited osun state or ekiti? Let me tell u, u won't see any traces of federal presence. The SW receives the lowest allocation, yet the dont come on the street to shout that they are being marginalised. NSUKKA is in Enugu, it receives 10x Wat osun state receives. M sure that wen u visit several state of the federation. We all have the same story to tell. The real marginalisation is not ethnical, it is btw the political class and the masses. Classicism. I'm not against biafra, but I cn tell, even if they were to be allowed to go, the form of marginalisation would not cease to occur.

If they feel marginalized, who is the Minister of
Petroleum, who is the Minister for Labour, what
about Science and Technology? What about Deputy Senate President ?

Are igbos the only ethnic group in Nigeria ?

250!

So only igbo should be everywhere ?

Your leaders are marginalizing you , and they're the same one shouting marginalization

He is right. The igbos have marginalized themselves. No one wants to deal with an erratic, confrontational, aggressive, and undiplomatic group of people. The Igbos are known for these traits and thereby untrustworthy. To them, everything has to be solved by direct confrontation and or a fight. Who would want to deal with people like that? Don't believe me? Go to Ladipo market, Alaba market, or any street where spare parts are sold. The civil war didn't help their case either.

Even if this biafra thing happens, igbos will still segment their self into tribes. Back in sec school I stopped speaking igbo to people because I being from anambra was always corrected by those around from enugu...that I am pronouncing words wrong eg ukwu is leg and they said I should say okpa for leg...haba. we don't even speak a common language....

Igbos still have internal segmentation that will take years to iron out. Ask south Sudan and north Sudan
Lol ukwu is leg? Even me wey no be igbo, wey no sabi Igbo language know say ukwu na bom bom. That is the most popular and my favourite Igbo word.

I keep asking myself this question, how can a country like nigeria not have referendum in its constitution? How can a people of over 180 million keep deceiving themselves about unity that never existed? I am a yoruba man and i say let us split. Even if into at least three countries. It will reduce tribalism and increase productivity.

The fraudulent 1999 constitution is the primary cause of ALL of nigeria's problems ranging from corruption to nepotism to land grabbers to stealing to intimidation to injustice to underdevelopment! It should be scrapped completely. I am never going to vote in any elections under the 1999 contitution again! I shall boycott every boycottables

Igbos are not erratic. They simply do not stand injustice, cheating when it is glaring. This is a beautiful trait for any group to posses. Try to understand their background. They are who they are and cannot change to suite the whims of the Yoruba and any other group. Each tribe or race on earth have they way of life and you must respect it. You don't have any right to demand that a race change their way of life just because you don't like it. That is nauseating impudence to the highest degree and it is nonsense. I can reel out the faults I see among other ethnic groups which I understand to emanate from their peculiar culture. Most of you are totally lacking in emotional intelligence. The people you see in Ladipo make lots of contribution and value for the society but because you have intoxicated yourselfs in stereotypes it is difficult for you to see these values. Without them your life and mine will be very difficult. They go to all corners of the globe under perilous conditions to source for all manner of vehicle parts and bring them back for sales. In a country where some of your brothers could wake up one day and burn their markets, your touts collect illegal rents and several other charges making their life a hell. These people should be commended and not condemned if you guys still have a conscience. How mush more do you want us to accommodate!!! Brown roofers, unity beggers and almajiri are quick to come spew trash on this thread but ask yourselves this question, why has and can't the Igbo man rule this nation if they have not been marginalised politically? Why did this government exclude the Igbo section from the proposed rail line but included them in the repayment of the loan? Why are most of the roads in the south east death traps forcing their state government to embark on building federal roads? Why doesn't the south east have a functioning port to ease their businesses being that they are mostly businesses people? Many more questions for you retards!

There is Ukwu with dot under the first U and last U, that one is leg. Then Ukwu without dots for the two U, is waist in Igbo. So the man is correct by saying that ukwu is leg.
Okpa with dot at the bottom of O is also leg in Igbo language.

Thank you for proving my point. You see, i really don't give two phucks what happens to the igbos. Whether they stay with the union or leave. It is better for them to leave because there is no way in hell the North or south will ever let them reach the highest office in Nigeria. The point i am trying to put across is that to leave the union, you must have diplomatic and political skills. The igbos have none. Everything na fight. The truth hurts. Learn from it or move along.

Why do you ppl always play the hate victim when you never loved others. Do you think God is foolish?, You hate others and you are expecting them not to hate you. How does that appears to you? Stop playing this victim game, nobody cares about that. A musician sang a song and said in it song ' until you stop ridiculing people, completely you will be ridiculed'. So if you think you can hate on others but expecting then not to hate you back, you are only deceiving yourselves. This our God is not a biased God. You reap what you sow. You ppl sow hatred toward others, so you must reap the hatred. shalom.
