I don't think it might disqualify him tho...Unilever peeps can attest to this cos some even got interview invite for both roles... if it was going to disqualify any 1 it wud have been stated there. So take ur chances...

try to read what others have written on the thread before cause u are asking d same questions all over when answers have already been provided

I guess the people that are called up to the next stage after the online application are those with a masters degree obtained in less than 2 yrs or still doing the masters..that's my thought #

I don't think so. I only have a bachelors and i was invited. I believe only those who have less than 2 years full-time work experience are being invited. Age could be another criteria.


I may be wrong though.

Okay, Let's sort this out.
From my observation, they are only inviting graduates that falls in this category
1. have less than two years experience
2. Finished school less than two years ago
3. Final year students
4. Less than one year experience
5. Graduated less than one year

Therefore, If you finished school more than two years ago and if you indicated that you have more than two years full time job experience. You are likely not receiving test invite.

Please you can counter me if my assumptions are wrong
