Non of these groups went out of their way to conduct the census that confirmed their claims that Kibera for example contains 2million ppl (that was in 2005, when Nairobi's entire population was estimated at 2.5mln, incidentally).

The govt census in 2009 established that the slum actually had less than 200,000 people.
