Good_day Friends, please I need your kind assistance.
Recently, at exactly one year of usage my Infinix Note 2 Bluetooth, Wi-Fi & Hotspot stopped turning on, sometimes when I press the hotspot it will turn on but go off immediately, but then the Bluetooth & Wi-Fi would delay to turn on when I power it on, but if it turns on it takes time to go off. Please what is the problem and how do I solve it, any1 with a solution to it should please help me.. Thanks, as I await your kind assistance.

if I were you, I wouldn't think of trying to call his number.

There are two things you should do. because I myself had similar issue, especially since it was from same manufacturer.
1) Switch off your data tab/counter before switching on either hot-spot or Bluetooth. this should be enough.
2) Before engaging in one, make sure to reset your hot-spot settings. Clear the cache on your Xender app and also uninstall any recently installed app
that asked for permissions.
3) Lastly if all of the above fail, check your power options. that is XPower and remove any power saving options that limit background usage of data. You should also set hot-spot run time to indefinite.
One of these should work for you.
And when it does, if you like send me credit. if you don't like don't send.

he's done all he could flashing, upgrading to 2 diff Android versions yet no result

No, am working with the advice given, about backing up my files before going ahead wit de reset.

Okay boss, but am having issue here, personal data shows DRM reset, when i tap on it, it says dis operation will delete all licenses to continue press ok.. what do i do? is it possible to back up my phone sms messages as well plus everyother files except music, video & apps?

Just sorted mine out and my Hotspot now connects wtout going off. You dont even need to factory reset the fone or lose your apps.
