They're two different documents bro. Local govt attes. is signed by the chairman or Secretary of the LGA of your state.....or signed my a military personnel of the rank of Lt col and above or equivalent. I'll advice you to get yours from a military personnel.......sheybe academy registrar na your family person



You can get the Certificate of state of origin from liaison office! Liaison office is in Victoria Island and you can get the cert for 1k.

1st picture = certificate of state of origin

2nd picture = Local govt attest.

NDA doesn't use National diploma result
