Dearest Sisters. Thank u so much 4d show of love. May God reward u all. Last Saturday night was my worst night on earth. Honestly its now i understand why pipu take their lives; Its not our portion though.
But I thank God, today is different. Ur messages encouraged me a great deal. I feel a lot better now. Infact, I was able to open my business premise today which had been shut for days now. I will try out those supplements to boost ovarian reserve. Am open to any advice and recommendation.

Good morning everyone. This my first time here. I read previous messages and it has encouraged me a lot and opened my eyes to many things. I had a failed IVF the first time which is exactly a year now due to lack of enough info from the clinic as expensive as they are, no relationship/customer care.

I intend going for a second trial but will like to know your opinion on Fertilaid in Abuja or Trucare in Lagos. Your opinion will be appreciated. Many thanks.

DHEA, maca, myo inositol, royal jelly, ubiquinol are a very good combination ovarian health, you can add vitex to it aso.

ovaboost is fine as well

but i will advise you do a personal research on herbal supplement that can help restore your ovarian health

herbal supplements refers to the types i listed above and not synthetic drugs. hope you were not mistaking herbal supplement for agbo or native medicine? when it gets to this point its only herbal supplement that can reverse it and you have to be patient and take it religiously for 3 months to see result. God is Almighty, pray and believe Him for divine guidance.

Morning @Godmercy2015, what exactly have you done? what was the results of the investigative test you did? That would determine which supplements to take.

I also did what you are trying to do now, to prepare my body physicaly for a 2nd IVF when I conceived naturally by GOD's grace last year. I had researched and read a lot of things here, on the ttc thread, weight loss thread and the alternative to ttc threads on the need to prepare myself before starting the IVF cycle . Truth is only a few centres in Nigeria would tell you to embark on this body preparation process, most would deceive you to start as soon as possible, as a trial and error case. If you are amongst the few .001% to get a BFP on your 1st or 2nd trial, you are very fortunate. Most people get theirs after several trials.

Meanwhile I learnt one key information that it takes the body 3 months to produce a good egg/sperm, so ideally one should prepare themselves 3 - 6 months before embarking on any cycle. But we all are so impatient to get the result immediately. Yet in the long run, its when we meet this time target that most of us get our solution(ironic ?) after spending so much time and money. It is well. We can only improve from our past mistakes and move forward towards our goals. Don't mind me, I am just reminiscing on my 12 year journey to hold my baby girl in my arms.

Becos I was diagnosed of ovarian failure due to low AMH, hormonal imbalance, I took ACV (apple cider vinegar with braggs), Fertlitea daily from AF to O, took grape juice in the mornings for the week of O, did castor oil massage from after AF to O (only did it 2ice), took Vit E, royal jelly 3-in-1 combo (royal jelly, bee pollen, bee propolis), DHEA and folic acid. changed my diet, stop eating sugary things like sweets, chocolate, cake, biscuits.. anything processed and sweet. Reduced my rice intake, switched to beans, ugwu, titus fish, chicken(boiled), quaker oats in the morning with boiled broccoli/apple, did lots of fruit juice (watermelon, carrot, apple, cucumber, cabbage), tigernut milk, changed my cooking oil to less cholestrol (wesson) and if i had to use oil, just very very little. Stopped drinking cold water, switched to warm or room temperature water. Gave my hubby tomatoes juice (blended 2 big ripe tomatoes) every day with his meal in the evening along with the varied fruit juice I did every two days. Men I spent money on fruits, no bi small..lol. I also did the water therapy thing ( drinking lots of water in the morning, during the day and at night) and exercise (walking for a minimum of 40 mins twice a week / using the staircase at work). I believed all these things contributed to my success story. Most importantly I spent time praying and working on my faith.

Yes u can get pregnant witt 1 tube.If thats your only issue, chillax bc u have nothing to worry about. Amazing thing abt infertility is that even some people with kids who didnt struggle have just 1 patent tube even without knowing. Live healthy, stay positive and take your folic acid judiciously. I have just 1 tube left and its blocked. Just telling u so u inow your case is nothing. Goodluck my dear

I don't know the dose for DHEA but if you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, it is advised you don't take it.
Read mamacajah post that was quoted by cuppymummy. By God's Grace within 3 months your reserve will increase.
I hope the Dr where you plan to do the IVF is a patient one who is willing to try his best to help with your own eggs and not one that will outrightly write you off?

Yes the drs are understanding or rather the particular one I've been communicating with. She sympathized with me and promised 2 talk 2 other team member to consider using my eggs. Though d MD is yet to know wats happening But 4 me, l truly dont mind d delay so as to prepare myself. I ve made up my mind to continue after 3 months.

Pls can blender blend Aya(tigernuts)?

it depends on how strong the blender is.
but shred/slice ur coconut, remove d seeds of d dates, wash d aya.
Put all in a bowl n add clean water to soak 1 to 3hrs to make it softer.
then blend using d water. Add more water if need be.
forgot to mention ginger n cloves. They can b added to make it a bit spicy.
If u r on any serious drugs u may skip d ginger n cloves.

yes. Use dat seive scarf to seive d chaff. The chaff can ve hygienically sun dried n added into swallow for more fibre/reducing tge amount of carbs ib swallow.
ginger won't interfer with ur supplements.
