I think if you have earned the minimum required units, then you are eligible to graduate.

I went to Abuja recently to apply for my statement of result not knowing that my name has been out since January 2016 (I've already met the minimum required units to graduate as at Dec 2015) but did two additional courses last year just to have four extra units above the minimum required units.

By the way, I was able to collect my certificate (MSc) smiley
Thanks. I will contact the study center and see what they have to say.

It varies but one thing is that you have to manually load it to reflect. How? RRR check. Before you login, on the homepage, click on check RRR code. Enter your your RRR code and submit. It should say successful. When it does, then login into your portal, click on manage wallet, choose check Remita payment details, enter matric and RRR code and submit. It should reflect then.

If it is possible for you to go to Abuja (HQ), I will advise you to go and submit the letter there because sometimes, all these study centres doesn't help. My name has been out since January 2016 ( I was not aware) but anytime I go to my study centre, the only thing they will say is that I should write letter. I went to Abuja recently and was able to collect my certificate.
Thank you. I will have to plan towards that.
