I love the fact that there is no small chest beater. When you want to beat your chest, you beat it big. So you mean THE WHOLE SOUTH SOUTH was on lock down today when Ebonyi was moving freely?

Donchips:
Am not cursing or Fighting you. But it really sick me whenever I see youths full of life and ideas talk of oil. We Igbos are business inclined. All this oil bullshit is getting on my nerve. We are talking of the fate of our children here, we are trying to make our kids safe from religious extremists, From Boko haram sponsored by state and some folks are busy thinking of oil.If Igbos pull out do you think Yoruba stay? It will shock Niger Delta how they will stick to Hausa Fulani and the shameful the current generations name will be in the ears of there Children. Good luck with your Igbophobia sha.
I'll enlighten you here. No other tribe practices ethnic chauvinism as much as the Igbos do. Sadly but true, and this is where the rants of pure breed Igbo and half blood/corrupted blooded Igbo come into play. Igbos (on a larger scale) are not good at making friends and when they do, then certain things are at stake.

If indeed you were trying to make your children safe from extremism, restructuring would be your song and not secession. As much as I know today, baby factory cartels are fast Springing up in Enugu here more than ever. Does it make your children safer than what Boko Haram would do? The answer is no because the whole thing points to the child's life being ruined in the end.

I was thinking you could reason a bit until you mentioned the Niger Delta. All we would ask for is restructuring true federalism. You guys on the other hand want to pull out. Sadly, most of keep seeing Biafra as a Noah's Ark whereby you all would get in and the perfect life would begin. Leave the Niger Delta out of your madness. We do wish to be saved if Biafra is your only avenue to salvation.

And by the way, this is no Igbophobia. There are several Igbos out there who like me think Biafra is nothing but madness, coupled with delusion. Here is a very big secret, the Igbos would be held against their wish for donkey years so long the Yorubas are not planning or thinking of seceding. They are the string that binds the country. So until the Yorubas are ready, trust me, you could grab every available land and wait, you guys are leaving for nowhere.

Ijaw in ondo produces no oil, all oil Wells in ondo are in ilaje land, you can verify it yourself, they share boundary with itsekiri, they speak a language that's very similar to itsekiri with a little mixture of edo, there culture is edo/Yoruba .

keep wallowing in your ignorance

So far igbos insist SS is part of biafra, I also insist SE is part of Nigeria cos it's on Nigeria's soil except you all want to relocate to Cameroon. I don't care

SE belongs to Nigeria. deal with it

Are you aware that over 80% of what you are now calling 'SS' (with the exception of Edo and Delta state) used to be in the Republic of Biafra?

When you see an Ewedu muslim thread powered by Abokii gworoes you will know.

Dear Ewedu muslims, Bayelsa, Asaba, Uyo, PH, and many SS were shut down today by Biafrans indigenous to these states you cried and lamented and then started your 'We SS hate Biafra' thread that have always failed.

Ankio Briggs, Dokubo, and other born Biafrans in ND sat at home today while you struggle to swallow the bitter pill IPOB threw into your Amala.

E pele o!

E ku lamentations!

I understand your pain but don't use lies to defend your point. Nothing was shut down in Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Cross Rivers. In fact, I was in Uyo yesterday and it was even busier than any normal day.

When you say things like this, I expect to see proof. Show us the pictures of the places you mentioned being shutdown. These are cities I know very well. Just show us proof!

Deluded mofos! You think SSners will sit at home because Nnamdi Kanu says so? What business does Kanu or Igbos have with Urhobos, Itsekiris, Efiks, Ekoids etc,?

You are the criminals, you are the oil thieves, you are the land grbbers. take your eye off igboland and stop your dubious south south.

How many Igboland de for SS sef? Let's look at the stats :

1. Edo - one community or village
2. Delta - one senatorial district of which many claim not to be Igbos at all
3. Rivers - the only Igbo dominated state which is even shared with Ogoni, Andoni, Ijaw. Even some of the Igboids claim not to be Igbos
4. Akwa Ibom - border spillovers. No indigenous village.
5. Cross Rivers - border spillovers and one confused Isobo clan of less of 10,000 people
6. Bayelsa - no single Igbo village here

Al the population of lgbos and Igboids in the SS is not upto 4m. The combined SS population is 25m. How is SS now Igboland when you are obviously a minority in the South (and this is even assuming that Igboids want to be regarded as Igbos)?

Oya answer, I'm waiting.

Between Niger Delta Struggle and Biafra Struggle which predated which?
Niger Delta was first declared by Adaka Boro in 1962 and few years after Ojukwu declared Biafra. So from this analysis who should be claiming who?

If they think Niger Delta should be part of Biafra, let them stop the speculation and come down for dialogue, it is through such meeting that nations will enter into terms and condition, and probably the name to go with.

If Biafrans claim Niger Delta was part of the old eastern region... I will accept, but mind you, that was the result of the ill and unbergain marriage of Lord Luggard that gave birth to Nigeria. Before then, this nations were independent and sovereign states, kingdoms and empires on their own.

Would you believe with me that the way and manner the Biafra foundation was laid contributed to why they failed initially? Thus, the need to dialogue, and to define the essence of being together with terns and condition. I am however working on a document in order to bring up some of the reasons why Biafra failed initially. And my argument is that, how genuine is Biafra considering the already ethnic majority chauvinism as witness today? What is the fate of the minority Niger Delta? Thus, let's not generalize "we are all Biafrans" without recognizing those ethnic minority groups in their own right. The permanent thing in life is chabge, Biafra should dialogue with Niger Delta. And the sky will be our limit. That's my campaign. Let's learn to respect the orderliness of others.
Re: Do Not Force Biafra On Niger Delta.... Deezia B. S. by Deezia1(m): 8:32am On Jun 01, 2017
You are always talking about the right of indigenous people, but I don't think they (biafrans) are respecting the right of other indigenous people in the area they have caved out to be Biafra land. They indeed have a right to secede or complain if they feel pained but not by forceful inclusion as i also have a culture to preserve. Hence, Biafra should get the consent of others rather than the seemingly forceful inclusion of others who do not share the same ideology with them.

oga get off your high horse. No one wants you in biafra. No such thing as dialogue. Remain on your own or join nigeria...no one cares.

Nnamdi kanu said ND is part biafra from a geographical stand point. If the people are nt willing to be part, They should stay on their own.

A region with over 50 tribes hating each other should sort each other out and leave biafra alone.

Stay on your own!!!

I HAVE MY INDIGENOUS VALUES, CULTURE AND IDENTITY TO PRESERVE... HENCE, I CANNOT BE PART OF BIAFRA BY FORCE. WHAT IS PLAYING IS SIMPLY A BATTLE OVER OIL. ENOUGH OF ETHNIC MAJORITY CHAUVINISM AND MARGINALIZATION.

SECONDLY, WHAT MAKE YOU THINK NIGER DELTA IS BIAFRA LAND? IT WAS THE COLONIAL MASTERS THAT JOIN US TOGETHER AND CALL US EASTERN REGION... PRIOR TO THAT UNBERGAIN UNION, ALL THE KINGDOMS THAT MAKES UP NIGER DELTA WERE EXISTING AS INDEPENDENT NATIONS. SO WHAT MAKES NIGER DELTA BIAFRA LAND?

IF OGBOS WANT BIAFRA TO SUCCEED IN THEIR PLIGHT, LET THEM LEARN FROM THE MISTAKE OF THEIR ELITES. ANKIO BRIGGS, AND ASARI ARE JUST INDIVIDUALS, HAVE YOU SEEK THE CONSCENT OF THE PEOPLE IN GENERAL?
TO US, NIGER DELTANS, THE BATTLE FOR THE FORCEFUL INCLUSION OF NIGER DELTA INTO BIAFRA IS UNACHIEVABLE AND THUS, NEEDLESS.

YOU PREACH FREEDOM, YOU CAMPAIGN FOR SELF DETERMINATION BUT YOU DON'T WANT NIGER DELTA TO HAVE THEIR FREEDOM. HE WHO COMES TO EQUITY MUST COME WITH A CLEAN HAND.

NIGER DELTA IS NOT BIAFRA BY GEOGRAPHICAL STANDPOINT... RATHER, BIAFRA GREGARIOUSLY INCLUDED NIGER DELTA WITHOUT CONSULTING THE PEOPLE. AND THAT WAS WHY BIAFRA FAILED THEN... THAT OLD EASTERN MAP YOU USE AS BIAFRA MAP WAS THE HANDWORK OF COLONIAL MASTERS. AND NIGER DELTA ARE SAYING NO! TO SUCH FORCEFUL ASSIMILATION.

Who is the Niger Delta? I cant see anything in common between the Ogoja man and Ikwerre or with and Edo man or even with an Uhrobo. People should learn to carry their cross in their own head. I believe the Igbo can agitate for a separate state of Biafra that encompasses only the south eastern states. It is still a deal far better than what we get from Nigeria today. What ever challenges we may face by our country being landlocked will be worked out. Biafra will not be the only landlocked country in the world. The land locked countries in Africa alone are:
Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Ethiopia, Lesotho, Malawi, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. All of these countries especially those not plagued by a large dose of Islamic presence are far better that Nigeria as of today. Yet at least 30% of Nigeria boundary is facing the sea. It should be clear to all that access to sea is not a factor for success. So detractors should perish the thought about a landlocked Biafra. If the Present Rivers state, Akwa Ibom and Cross River wishes to remain in Nigeria that is their business. Present Delta and Edo states should carry their cross. We don't need them in Biafra. Anything other than depending on Yoruba or Hausa / Fulani to determine the faith of Igbo in Nigeria is a good deal. That is why we need Biafra whether landlocked or not.
