Shell recruitment takes very long. I applied in November 2015, got a success mail on completion of the online assessment in December and got regret mail in September 2016. All da best to those who are applying this year.

they don't usually state the age limit on their adverts ....but less than 30 seems like the norm....what I have observed; from experience...

absolutely no experience is required...but having an experience doesn't decrease your chances, either.
