This is the understanding I have too but since he said something about those that are out of Job but still in Nigeria, I think he should explain further

25% can be accessed when you are out of job for not less than four months...you visit the PFA with required documents to claim this and it's not processed immediately.

Nigeria's Pension Reform Act 2014
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by czaratwork: 10:58am On May 31, 2017
Is it OBTC Pension Managers that will process your application? please pension funds is not allowed. i remember when i wanted to do saskat.... provincial nominee in january 2014 it was one of the allowable source of funds but then when you get to Federal level, it is not allowed. please dont let them deceive you. your 25 percent is even allowable after you have resigned.
edababa007:

Pension fund is allowed. I went to my PFA ( IBTC Pensions Managers) to confirm if only 25% of my account balance can be considered as POF for Canada PR Visa. I was informed that the total balance in my account would be considered. That though 25% is considered for those that are out of work and still in Nigeria. 100% is considered for those applying for Canada PR.

GTB is so messed up. If you have an alternative please don't keep your POF in GTB, they are claiming they give no reference letter whatsoever for savings account. So pissed off! Seems I'll have to make do with just my statement of account.

I used my NYSC experience and it was accepted. I used the photocopy of my NYSC posting letter(since the original isn't available), a copy of my acceptance letter from my PPA, and original reference letter from my PPA stating that I was being paid.
I didn't submit bank statements, because the bank accounts were already deactivated, after service.
I didn't use any discharge letter, just the reference letter, expressly stating all the details needed by CIC.

As stated earlier on this thread, do not use just your six month statement, you can use the Bank Account Confirmation Letter in addition to your six months bank statement. Then follow the instruction under the sub-section "My bank refused to provide me a letter as per CICs requirements" at the link below:

Yeah, I asked about the pension kind of letter, they said they can only address it to a pension body...such a difficult bunch!

This program work with Express Entry?

I mean, do you need to be in the EE pool to succeed in this?

Secondly, does filling this form mean Expression Of Interest - EOI?

Sorry about that. It must be the person you spoke to that did not understand. I got an account a signature confirmation letter from them. If you go to your branch (or any branch), just ask. If they cannot help you, insist to speak to the Operations manager. Its a normal day-to-day thing.

This image may give a final rest to the issue of 100% of RSA for POF. It's a letter from Accra VO to someone requesting for better and additional financial documents.

Hello All,
While researching I found a free app that I think would further enlighten this group with information pertaining to express entry, its name is Canadian visa guide. I found it quite educative

Hi -

Request for a "signature confirmation letter". This with your 6 months statement of account will suffice.

All the best!

The link you posted does not work. If that's your score(which I very much doubt) then you have over and above the requirements
